Marlene Mandl was born in Tulln, Austria. She attended a Business Vocational School with an apprenticeship as an office clerk at the Institute for Technical Chemistry, TU Wien. After completing her studies, she was a volunteer at a Children's Center in Zanzibar for two months. Marlene joined the IuE in May 2023 as Secretary, supporting the team with general administration tasks.
