Biography (as of 31-12-1999):
Robert Mlekus was born in Tulln, Austria, in 1968. He studied electrical engineering at the Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 1994. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in December 1994. His work was focused on object-oriented techniques for the integration of physical models into process and device simulators. In autumn 1997 he held a visiting research position at Philips in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
