Bogdan Pamfil was born in Romania in 1993 and grew up mainly in Montreal, Canada since 1999. He received his BSc in Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 2018 and his MSc in Applied Mechanics from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden in 2021. He is currently working on modeling of tunneling current in SiC MOS transistors.
