Kourosh Sarbandi is enrolled in the Bachelor Program of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the TU Wien, Austria. At the IuE he is employed in the MundFAB Project where his main focus is on performing Monte Carlo Simulations in order to model a reaction equation system which represents chemical reactions during device fabrication, such as oxidation and annealing.
