Adrian Worring Pozo obtained his Master's degree in Computational Science and Engineering from TU Wien in 2025, after previously completing his Bachelor's at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Part of his thesis work, focusing on the use of machine learning potentials for thermal conductivity calculations, was conducted at the University of Tokyo. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in November 2025 as a PhD student, where he will be working on a parallelized kinetic Monte Carlo framework for process TCAD as part of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Multi-Scale Process Modeling of Semiconductor Devices and Sensors.
