After successful completion of this course, students will be able to identify which processes are necessary to fabricate advanced complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) devices and will have the opportunity to design and implement their own process simulation environment.

This course is offered within the Computational Electronics module of the Master programme Computational Science and Engineering and  as an elective in the Master prgoramme Microelectronics and Photonics.
