"Gate-Controlled Electron Quantum Interference Logic" Communication

We are proud to announce that on September 7th the research communication entitled "Gate-Controlled Electron Quantum Interference Logic" authored by our colleagues Josef, Mauro, and Mihail (Mixi) was published in Nanoscale. In this work, the authors propose a new type of electron quantum interference structure which can be used for logic gate operations and relies on single-electron waves being coherently injected into a gate-controlled, two-dimensional waveguide.
