We’re proud to announce that Ahmed Saleh from IMEC who was co-supervised by our colleague Hajdin won the Best Student Paper Award at the IITC 2023 (International Interconnect Technology Conference) for his paper “Dynamics of electromigration voids in Cu interconnects: investigation using a physics-based model augmented by neural networks”.
